Let's talk about this toner. It is an all-in-one PH balancing toner that evens out skin tone with high levels of Vitamin B3-niacinamide. The panthenol -  the Pro-Vitamin B5 not only adds moisture/hydration to the skin but it promotes stimulation of epithelization. It's all about how the skin behaves. The willow bark extract adds more brightening properties to the toner along with anti-inflammatory results to calm skin due to acne flare-ups, hormonal changes & more. 
Aloe & witch hazel are among the best natural ingredients to soothe & tone the skin. 
 
*Please not that on some labels there is an ingredient of propylene glycol written on there and I no longer use this ingredient in any of my products. Instead I have reformulated it to have propanediol which is a natural humectant.
